I struggled with my weight for years. It seemed no matter what I tried I couldn’t keep the weight off. And believe me I tried a lot of different weight loss methods! Take a look at these photos;

Starting my secondary school at age 13 I was 12 stones 4 pounds (172 pounds).
Aged 17 I was 13 stones 6 pounds (188 pounds).
At the age of 21 (during university) my weight reached a maximum of 14 stones 5 pounds (201 pounds).
Now I weigh 12 stones (168 pounds). I have maintained this weight for several years now, and by using my Home Workout System I know I will never get out of shape again.
My story…
My weight yo-yo’ed for years. I lost a few pounds when I committed to exercise or really watched what I ate, but I was never able to keep it going, so each time I would put the weight back on (and often a little extra!)
I used to have an all or nothing attitude to exercise – I either fully committed to exercise or did nothing at all.
I always felt that I was so unlucky because my metabolism was so low, and if I stopped exercising for a while or stopped eating healthily the weight poured back on again.
